This is the 5 minute RKC snatch test. The rules are simple, you must snatch the 24kg kettlebell 100 times in 5 minutes. You may rest when you like, but get it done in 5 minutes. If you drop the kettlebell during the test, you must start again from scratch. Give it a try, but learn how to snatch properly first. Go ahead and count the reps, you will also hear the local dogs barking :)
