FFI bent elbow kettlebell swing

Published on 20th Jan 2015 at 16:51 by Admin

This movement above is what we refer to as the FFI bent elbow kettlebell swing. This hardstyle movement can bridge the gap from the kettlebell swing to the snatch.

It teaches the lifter the proper line of movement for the kettlebell on the up phase of the snatch. So what we are looking for is an explosive hip pop coupled with a short lever (arm) pull close to the body.

Drill these bent arm swings or alternate them with snatches to pefect your FFI hardstyle kettlebell snatch.

Hope this works for you?
