FFI Pilates Reformer for pelvic stability

Here we have Shane Nicoletti from Function and Fitness Ireland FFI perform a 4 point kneeling movement on the Pilates Reformer.

This movement, focuses on lower back and pelvic stability. This rehabilitation movement also targets the glutes and hamstrings mainly.
