1 way to Train 5 another P.P.P. workout
A variation of the P.P.P. workout
Seek instruction froma qualified kettlebell instructor before attempting this workout. You may use a different weight of kettlebell that suits you.
Warm up using D.R.O.M. and some swings 5x2, and box squats 5x2 as a pulse raiser and mobiliser.
Start with a weighted 16k box pistol for 2 reps, 1 left, 1 right. Rest
4 pistols, alternating left, right etc... do a pyramid up to 10.
Take a heavier kettlebell 24k and do 1 Kettlebell military press left, 1 right, next set 2 left, 2 right etc... do a pyramid up to 5
Repeat but do a pyramid down, so weighted box pistols from 10-2 reps
Kettlebell military press pyramid down from 5-1 reps
Ring pull up 1-5 pyramid up
Repeat Ring pull ups pyramid down 5-1.
Now go eat!
