1Way To Train 9 Swing / Snatch
Seek instruction from a qualified kettlebell instructor before attempting this workout. You may use a kettlebell that suits your level of experience. Enjoy the pain!
Warm up using D.R.O.M.
24kg Hardstyle Swings 10 left 10 right, x 5
24kg Snatch x 5 + 5 Swings left, repeat the same on the right. Rest 15 sec's or less
24kg Snatch x 6 + 4 Swings left, repeat the same on the right. Rest 15 sec's or less
Do this pyramid up tp 9 Snatches + 1 swing and then come back down fro 9 + 1 to 5 + 5.
300 Reps completed in this workout.
Now go eat!
