Here Fiona Byrne from FFI KBI shows one round of her 12th 300 rep KBI home workout. Todaqy is a light recovery day, so she is using a 12kg kettlebell. Fiona has done a FFI KBI 300 rep workout for the past 12 days up to xmas. The first day was a heavy kettlebell 20kg, the 2nd day was a moderate kettlebell 16kg and the 3rd day was a light kettlebell 12kg. We use the light day as a variety / recovery day.
Todays workout went like this. Warm up using DROM na dsome easy swings, squats presses mixed with mobility drills.
Main set :
1 Turkish get up left, 1 right
2 Split squats left, 2 right,
3 high windmills left, 3 right
4 military presses left, 4 right
5 snatches left, 5 right.
rest 10-15 seconds and repeat for 10 rounds.
