The FFI Double kettlebells Split Squat is a great movement to help you train the lower body in a different athletic type position, rather than always training in a hip to shoulder width squat stance.
The split squat also challenges your balance to some degree. This movement can also be performed by holding a kettlebell / weight goblet squat style.
