Here is our 3rd FFI #homeworkout to help people during the #Covid19 crisis.

4 movements, done for 30 seconds, with 15 seconds rest in between.

Try for 3/5 rounds over the next few days.

  1. Pigeon /Dog
  2. Oblique toe touch
  3. Push up / Plank
  4. #Kettlebells swings or hops
