FFI Home Workout no.5

Here is our 5th free homeworkout to help you throughthe #covid19 lockdown.

I use a #clubbell for two movements, you can do them without.

Try 30 seconds or less for the each of the 5 movements, take 30 seconds rest at the end, then repeat for up to 5 rounds.

  1. Squats
  2. Mountain Climbers
  3. Lunges
  4. Pulsed push ups
  5. Abs, your choice :)
