Here we have another 6 minute circuit, using some strength & conditioning tools. This workout can be done at home, ideally in your back garden. So after warming up with DROM and swing, squats, presses and power club practise i set my timer for 30 secs work with 15 sec's rest. I used 2 x 16kg kettlebells and 1 x 10kg Scott Sonnon clubbell.
The circuit goes like this :
1. Double KB clean and push press or m.p.
2. Clubbell inward swing left grip
3. Double KB clean and push press or m.p.
4.Clubbell inward swing right grip
5. Left snatch
6. Right chop or swipe
7. Left chop or swipe
8. Right snatch
Again i could do up to 5 circuits for strength endurance work or do a couple of circuits after some strength/skill practise work. If you give it a go let us know how you got on? If you don't have a power club or clubbell, do some pressing, lunging with rotation or windmills.
