Here Shane shows another simole but effective home fat burning workout. If you have a heavy and lighter kettlebell this will work well. If not just use one. Warm up using DROM (arm circles, hip circles etc.) and some light swings, presses etc.
The clock is set for 30 sec's on and 15 off. The order goes like this :
1. kettlebell push press weak side
2. 2 hand swing
3. kettlebell push press strong side
4. 2 hand swing
5. alternating lunge with rotation
6. snatch weak side
7. alternating lunge with rotation
8. snatch strong side
After this round repeat the circuit again for another 2-5 rounds. You may rest if you feel the your technique is getting sloppy or your are too out of breath.
