FFI Kettlebell Swings

The end of todays home / garden training seession,FFI style kettlebell swings. A great movement to develop power endurance in the posterior chain. Also a fantastic cardio-respiratory effect.

Todays session consisted of:

  1. 32kg Kettlebell push press x 5 each side
  2. 40 kg Barbell hang power cleans x 6
  3. Hindu Push ups x 6
  4. 24kg kettlebell swings
  5. AB's mix 50 reps

5 rounds with minimal rest between movements but up to 1 min rest in between rounds
