FFI Pilates Reformer for Abs

Published on 13th Jan 2016 at 20:48 by Admin

Here Shane Nicoletti from Function and Fitness Ireland FFI shows a 4 point kneeling movement on the Pilates Reformer.

This movement will target the abdominals mainly. First it is done in flatback, so suitable for clients with the likes of osteoporosis etc. then it is done in round back, for a greater range of movement, to help mobilise a tight lower back.

You can do this movement in our classes or learn to teach this and more on our FFI level 1 reformer teacher courses.
