FFI Reformer Multi Plane Movement

Published on 18th Dec 2015 at 20:35 by Admin

Shane Nicoletti from Function & Fitness Ireland FFI shows a quick example of some multi plane movements that you can perform on the Pilates Reformer. The first movement is a version of the Twist, then he progresses into a version of Balance Control Front.

These two movements target the spiral, lateral and frontal planes mainly. You can learn about Fascia and planes of movement on our FFI Pilates Reformer instructor courses.

These are also two great movements that you can learn on our FFI Pilates Reformer instructor courses
