Here is a quick recipe for flourless pancakes. You may change the recipe to suit you of course.
25g Rolled oats
1 Tablespoon oil
1 Teaspoon vanilla essence
1 scoop of protein powder (optional)
Blend all the ingredients together to make a smooth batter. Pour 4 blobs onto a heated pan and fry on each side until golden brown.
Add a dollop of Greek yoghurt and some berries on top or some honey.
