Getting Yourself into Shape for Summer!
Now is the time to take your health and fitness under YOUR control (with a little help from me as well :)
If you have attended some of our classes you should be able to train yourself at home to get yourself into the best shape possible. If you are in the best shape possible, don't read on!
Get yourself a kettlebell, i can recommend one that suits you if you like? Step out into your back garden, or balcony or park/beach etc. and away you go.All it takes is 20-40 minutes 3-6 times per week. Surely you have that time? Just get out of bed a little earlier, before breakfast and get your workout in.
