Healthy Low Carb Dinner
Today's healthy eating recipe is homemade burger with kale, beet root and salad. What you will need :
1lb mince meat (3-4) burgers
egg to bind mixture
optional : breadcrumbs, chilli, herbs, ketchup mix the ingredients above and shape into 3-4 burgers.
method : heat the coconut oil in a pan. Add the burgers season and fry. In another pan or same pan add the kale when the burgers are nearly done. Chop your tomatoes, beet root and red onion. Server and add balsamic vinegar (optional).
