Here is our second home / garden body weight workout, that is suitable for all (mostly) the family. It involes doing 4 movements for about 45 seconds, with 15 seconds rest, or more if needed.
Try 2-5 rounds or progress on them over the next few workouts and enjoy the garden with your loved ones. Stay mentally and physically strong.
