This video is the first in our series of FFI Power Club-bells for camogie and hurling youth. Here Shane demonstrates the basic movement of picking up the club and squatting with it in the shoulder racked position. Do equal amounts of repetitions on each shoulder.
We will add more movements over the coming weeks to help our GAA camogie and hurling youth with their strength and conditioning.
