This week i am working on low rep, high intensity quick lifts. Today was a snatch day, it went like this:
Warmed up with D.R.O.M.
Using the 20kg, i did a combo of Swings, push presses, gioblet squats and snatches
32kg Swing, 5 left, 5 right.
32kg snatch 4 left side then 1+ minutes rest. Repeated on the right.
Did the above for 5 rounds.
Finished the session with 2 handed swings 20 x 5
140 reps with the 32kg, short and sweet :)
This week i am trying to GTG everyday with a different type of pistol, from assisted to weighted to partials!
