Only have less than 10 minutes to train the whole body?

Try this FFI Kettlebells programme minimum. It involves only 2 movements.

  1. Light Turkish Get Up
  2. Two Handed Swings

Do the Turkish Get Ups slowly but the swings fast and exposive

No to minimum rest between movements, for a minimum of 5 sets. Minimum is the key word here :)
