kettlebellsireland outdoor park session!
December 15th, Stephens Green Dublin and all the ice and snow has disappeared, but still quite chilly out there. I had 6 girls for an outdoor kettlebell session and they were in t-shirts within 10 minutes of warming up.
The session went like this:
Mobility drills to start
We went on the stop watch for 15 seconds on, 15 seconds off, 5 x 5 minute rounds
Round 1 : 2 handed swings,
Round 2 : front squats
Round 3 : 1 handed high pulls or swings
Round 4 : Jerks or push presses
Round 5 : 1 handed high pulls or snatches.
50 sets in 25 minutes to finish 2010, great fat burner :)
