My 15 minute Calorie burn workout!

Warmed up using D.R.O.M.

Did a 5 minute cadence test with the 20kg

It goes like this :

right arm 8 snatches per minute, switch arms,

Left arm 9 snatches per minute, switch arms,

Right arm 10 snatches per minute, switch arms,

Left arm 11 snatches per minute, switch arms,

go all out and count the max number of snatches, then divide x 4.

My cadence was 6 reps.

Did 20 sets vo2 max snatch.

Done!
