New year, New body for the Irish woman!

Published on 3rd Jan 2012 at 11:35 by Admin

Well 2012 is here and we are all making the new year resolutions. I can imagine that most have to do with health fitness and prosperity. I have made a few resolutions, but my main one is to push what we call our fitness revolution forwards even more in 2012. We have spent the last year training 100's of women (mostly). We have changed the way that they train forever. In other words they train less and gain more! Yes it's a fun & smarter way to train, rather than spending long hours in the gym on boring treadmills etc.

In this new year we will be pushing our women even further into, better, smarter and more fun ways to train that will get them the new body that they have been looking for. We will be launching something very special soon, so stay in touch. This will start in Dublin but will spread around the country too :)

We will be posting some of our regular workouts for you to see at home. These workouts will compliment the instructional videos that we already have on this web site (left side bar on most pages).

So if you haven't joined our revolution yet, contact us for information on how to get involved. We want Irish women to start training like our women trainees, properly and get the results that they are looking for. Most times Irish women are shut away in the cardio room away from the strength room because the strength room is full of  B.O. boys pumped with steroids grunting and groaning through partial squats. You know the kind, loads of weights on the bar but no depth :)

Kettlebellsireland KBI and Function & Fitness Ireland FFI run classes for the general public. We also run certificate courses enabling people to teach our methods.

Happy new year, happy new body :)
