One Way to Train (2) Squats, Presses and Pulls

Ensure you have been shown the techniques below by a qualified kettlebell instructor.

You may use whatever kettlebells you choose but have one heavier than the other and make sure they are heavy enough for you!

Warm up with D.R.O.M and

24k Deadlift or S.L.D.L. x 5

24k Goblet Squats x 5

24k Dead Cleans x 4

Repeat the above with 32k

32k Goblet Squats x 5 + 24k Push press or Jerk x 10 (5 left, 5 right) 5-10 sets

16k Box Pistols x 4 (alternate sides) x 5 - 10 sets

As Ramsey says DONE :) Now go eat!
