FFI are introducing a New Body Flow class. This class will combine Pilates, Yoga and mobility type movements. The aims of this class will be to increase your mobility and strengthen the full body with body weight movements.
We also aim to get your staff pain free and stronger.
Over 80% of our population are suffering with back pain now!
We will be offering this class to corporate companies for their staff. If you have staff that sit at a computer all day long, this class will be ideal for them. Sitting all day is setting the sitter up for back pain and an eventual sick day or more.
We can run this class twice per week in your venue, the board room might be perfect for this. Try an early morning, lunchtime or after work class to get your staff motivated and in tip top shape.
This class is suitable for all, so you don't have to be super fit to start.
