I am using the kettlebell and a section of the Turkish Get Up for weighted / loaded stretching of the shoulder joint.
With this Corrective Exercise movement I am also working my lateral flexors of the spine (obliques, QL'S) so a good core and abdominal movement too.
This is also a pressing movement, training the shoulder with different degrees in lockout.
