Train a Little, Gain a Lot!

The purpose of this book was for my clients and students of hardstyle kettlebell training to have a simplified manual at home so that they could continue with their own training in a safer and more effective way.

If you are only getting to one class per week, it is not enough. You need to be gettining a minimum of 2 classes per week in. It would be ideal then for you to progress to 3-4 sessions per week. You know that these sessions are around 30 minutes in length, so short, sharp and efficient!

With this frequency in training you will see your goals comes a lot quicker. Goals like, fat loss, toning, strength, power and mobility increases.

With Hardstyle kettlebell training you will go about your daily routines with extra energy and reduced fatigue at the end of the day.
