About our FFI FitGym™ classes

Get ready to transform your body shape. With FFI FitGym™ unique training methods, you will lose unwanted body fat, strengthen and tone your full body.

When you sign up for the evening classes, all members will partake in a beginners course of classes during the month. This course will be an introduction to our methods. You will be screened and over the course of classes you will be shown our basic movements using Kettlebells and body weight movements. 

When you sign up for the morning classes, apart from kettlebells, you will also be trained using barbells, dumbbells etc. These classes will be 45 minutes each.

You will master these movements in a controlled environment and get a training effect at the same time. Our focus will be on safety and technique during this course. A course should involve 8 classes minimum.

You will train twice per week. That can be up to 8 classes per month. Over the next couple of months, we aim to add more class options to our schedule. Your feedback is always welcome.

Your following courses will be a progression from your fundamental first course. You will continue to learn new movements and gradually progress in intensity to achieve your training goals.

Flat runners (Converse or similar, Dunnes and Pennys versions are perfect), tracksuit bottoms or combat style trousers, a few layers on top, a waterproof bag (outdoor classes) for wet and dry gear, a dry top or two, a bottle of water.

All people should be free from injury and not pregnant before attending Kettlebell workshops or classes. If you have an injury get GP clearance before attending.
